Partner/Attorney Hub Leader

Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 10 Years, Tampa office of our client seeks a partner/attorney hub leader with 10+ years of professional legal experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing hub of 3-5 attorneys. Attorney billing, production, revenue 1700 hours billed, 1400 collected. Oversee and improve the quality of attorney legal work in the hub. Update and further develop firm processes. Update and further build out firm templates for both attorneys and paralegals. Develop legal and paralegal intake and assignment systems. Weekly firm management meeting (15-30 minutes). Daily attorney coordination meeting (5-15 minutes). Help set duties, responsibilities, and oversee training when onboarding staff and attorneys. Increase work production on current, reoccurring clients. Experience in corporate compliance, real estate, development, condominium, CDD, or HOA law required. Experience in management and oversight of attorneys and staff is required. Board Certification is strongly preferred. Past or current experience in a 30+ attorney law firm is strongly preferred. Must be Florida Bar Member in good standing.Additional Skills: The candidate must have a JD and bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution. Must have a growth mindset.
