About The Role

24sessions is looking for an eager Partner Account Manager to co-sell to new high-value enterprise customers with our partners. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to our strategic partners, building a pipeline, and closing new opportunities with those partners. You will look primarily after the EMEA market. You will have an assigned quota while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

As Partner Account Manager you will create and convert partner generated pipeline with among others our strategic partners:

  • Genesys
  • Salesforce
  • Amazon
  • MessageBird

Your goal is to generate and convert partner opportunities together with our partners. We need someone with a proven track record building and closing partner led opportunities; preferably with EMEA experience with large enterprise partner deals and ideally in the space of financial services and/or contact center partners.

You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work in close partnership with our Strategic Partner Manager, the Direct Sales Team, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Legal and Revenue Operations. At the same time it is critical to understand that we are building up this partner channel and it will be up to you (with our support) to generate traction in the channel together with our Strategic Partner Manager. Therefore your primary focus will be on creating and converting new partner opportunities. We need someone who is able creating and closing partner opportunities together with our partners. That is why we ask for a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling in greenfield partner channels.

What You’ll Do

  • You will work based on the Target Partner list to do prospecting, running sales cadences, identifying decision-makers and connecting with them, developing the relationship, negotiating and closing high-value partner opportunities positioning our Video and Co-browse products to large Enterprise clients.
  • You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and drive new revenue through our partners.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining sufficient partner pipeline coverage
  • You will own accurate forecast and monthly and quarterly commit
  • You will own the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation to closing, which is in close collaboration with our partners.
  • You will work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute partner-specific sales strategies, for example together with Marketing and our Strategic Partner Manager.
  • Employ a solution-selling methodology to facilitate customer evaluations and to help them understand 24sessions/MessageBird’s unique differentiation
  • Representing 24sessions/MessageBird at (online) events/tradeshows

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of progressively increased responsibility in B2B within the SaaS or Software space
  • Full professional proficiency in English and all verbally and written.
  • High energy, proactive and outgoing ‘hunter’ like profile
  • Track record of personal selling and closing complex technical solutions to large incumbent enterprises with partners in excess of EUR 150K ACV
  • Strong experience in the partner channels
  • Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process with a fearless and ruthless focus on execution. Prior experience within Video or CPaaS offerings is very helpful
  • Experience selling communications to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers would be a bonus!
  • World-class interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple. Confident and effective communicator with the ability to influence individuals and groups at all levels
  • Organized and efficient. Self-starter attitude and you independently tackle challenges
  • Creative thinker and active listener with excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
