Part Time Working Student (Project Engineer)

For our Regional Solutions and Services (RSS) Business Unit in Istanbul, we are looking for Project Engineers. This role will be responsible for Supporting Technical Project Manager in Smart InfrastructuraI RSS İstanbul Finance Center Project in line with Small Works @ SI RSS Project Management Guideline and Standard Projects in line with PM@SIEMENS Project Management Guideline with the objective of meeting the required time, budget, and functionality.

What are my responsibilities?

• Consolidating and preparing project technical documents,
• Desigo CC Integrations & Data entry,
• Desigo CC Integrated Systems Library Preparations,
• Supporting Small Works and Standard Project Management for project controlling and planning (time, quality, budget) within defined tools; follow-up on action items,
• Applying project management standards, processes, tools, and templates
• Supporting daily activities in the project within defined targets of time and quality,
• Preparing presentations for project meetings,
• Preparation of meetings/conference calls,
• Managing of requests from different stakeholders and involved project members (internal or external),
• Set up regular meetings with stakeholders and track actions,
• Track project progress, manage issues and reports project progress.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

• 3rd year student in faculty of engineering,
• Able to work 2,5-4 days/week in Kartal partly remote,
• Good command of written and spoken English (German is an asset),
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with strong communication skills,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis.
