Part Qualified Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant/ Finance Analyst to support a fast paced and growing enterprise based in Newbury. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a broad hands-on role with the remit to provide timely, informative and proactive analysis and insight which will support the business needs and decision making.

What will the role involve?

• Business Partner Operations and Commercial teams to deliver financial support, insight and analysis of opportunities to enhance performance and profitability;
• Report on financial performance, including variance analysis, Flash and AOP, implementing any corrective measures;
• Assist the FP&A Manager and develop accurate scenario planning models to support investment decisions;
• Business Partner with Procurement on Trade Agreements and plan and report on trade promotional activity;
• Provide insight to operational performance through creation of weekly P&L to GM level.

• The ideal candidate will be on the pathway to being qualified, someone who is looking to grow and develop both professionally and academically;
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills demonstrating capability to influence and collaborate at a senior level;
• A continuous improvement mind set and strong systems capability, particularly with Excel (complex formulas, data analysis sets).
