Key Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Maintain records and documentation of leasing activities as requested.
Obtain incoming/outgoing internal and external documents for team/clients such as File Notes, Exception Forms, Legal Agreements, client related documents etc. from other departments, cross check to ensure that the documentation is complete as per the defined process and requisite supporting documents and follow up to get the necessary approvals as per the DOA.
Manage Courier requests and tracking deliveries
Organize and prepare board/ meeting rooms with necessary equipment, stationary, food and beverage and ensure high standard services are provide to the BODs and other VIP guests.
Coordinate with other departments and follow up on pending requests to ensure completion of tasks as per the given timeline.
Assist other departments if required in providing Admin services.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Management pantry including pantry area, equipment etc. at all times and ensure that Health and Safety standards are adhered.
