Job Description:

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to consult and deliver implementation of Paid Social technical solutions, test & learn frameworks, and best practice setup.

Key Accountabilities

  • Consult and deliver technical solutions across Paid Social landscape
  • Build and deliver maturity roadmaps, helping clients implement integrated solutions and evolve their strategy in a changing landscape. Ensure you understand your client’s long term business objectives and align roadmap to contribute to their overarching goals.
  • Guide clients on the optimal setup of Paid Social platforms. Support with implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Be an expert across key Paid Social platforms and partners, ensuring you stay familiar with capabilities and inner workings of the tools. Be able to confidently demo platforms, train others and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of where the Paid Social industry is heading and who emerging new players are. Actively engage in self-development and training.
  • Educate our clients on best practice and ensure they are supported at all times.
  • Be able to outline and match up new opportunities with the appropriate solutions.
  • Work with Media Tech leadership team to provide consultancy to your clients on critical questions around the future of measurement and privacy.
  • Keep clients aware of the latest industry news that will impact their business and consult on any actions that should be taken to capture opportunities and mitigate risk. Have an informed opinion on the situation and tailor advice to client’s specific circumstances
