We are looking for an OMG for our ACT service in Caen, holder of the CAP in maintenance of community buildings.

The candidate must be autonomous, adaptable and discreet because he will have to go to intervene in the homes of sick people, in precarious situations, encountering specific difficulties. He must have a driver’s license.

Experience is desirable as the tasks are extremely varied.

Etablir des diagnostics afin de mettre en place des actions préventives et correctives
Coordonner des travaux, organiser les chantiers et anticiper l’entretien du matériel et son approvisionnement
Suivre, négocier et maîtriser des coûts dans le respect d’un budget
Organiser son travail en autonomie
Maîtriser
Les normes et la réglementation en vigueur
Les règles et techniques d’hygiène, et de fonctionnement général des machines d’entretiens
Les règles de sécurités des locaux et des personnes
Le fonctionnement des machines d’entretien
