Outsourcing Specialist

For a prestigious client in the centre of Brussels, we are looking for an Outsourcing Specialist

Funtion:

· Support the development, delivery and implementation of the Outsourcing Management Framework

· Training & guidance: Responsible for and providing guidance to contract managers and owners in respect of the different processes of the Outsourcing Management Framework. Responsible for the onboarding of new contract managers and contract owners in respect of the Outsourcing Management Framework.

· Change control and escalation process: Responsible for maintaining the change control log and facilitating the change control and escalation process of the Intragroup Agreement (IGSA) governance process.

· Relationship Management: Responsible for the co-ordination with contract managers related to the monitoring of third parties. Stakeholder are SMEs, Managers, ExCo members and colleagues.

· Dashboards: Development and maintenance of Service Management dashboards.

· Data Gathering: Responsible for the collection and centralisation off all relevant documentation related to outsourcing (contracts, contacts, meeting minutes, SLA, questionnaires…).

· Data Analysis: To be responsible for the analysis of SLA and meeting minutes to ensure that outsourcing agreements are monitored properly in accordance with the Outsourcing Management Framework and performance issues are escalated timely.

· Reporting: Creation of monthly and quarterly reporting based on the different Outsourcing Dashboards. Assist the Service Manager in the preparation of senior management reporting for the relevant committees (IGSA Service Review Committee, Outsourcing Committee, ExCo and Board of Directors).

· Annual Service Management Review: Responsible for co-ordinating the Annual Service Management Review exercises for all outsourcing segments

The ideal profile for the Outsourcing Specialist:

· Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse information with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Experience in the oversight of outsourcing or working with third parties.

· Ability to engage, communicate and build trusted relationships in the internal and external business areas which the role supports.

· Ability to produce workable solutions that meets the immediate demands of the situation(s).

· Ability to work at own initiative with minimum supervision.

· Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel as reporting tool
