Outreach Worker

Based in Gaziantep, the “Outreach Worker” is under the line management Project Health Officer He/She will be responsible to: o Find and register the community/youth influencers and faith-based leaders, organize their capacity building trainings, monthly meetings, events and community mobilization sessions

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties o Find and register community/youth influencers and faith-based leaders who will mobilize and engage the community through sessions and events for promotion of Covid-19 vaccination, gain trust and continue Coved Appropriate Behaviors, o Organize capacity building trainings for community/youth influencers and faith-based leaders to raise their skills to promote Covid-19 vaccination o Organize community mobilization sessions with influencers to raise acceptance, mobilize and mitigate community hesitancy for Covid -19 vaccination o Distribute brochures and educational resources with support of influencers o Support call center assistant for the calls received about Covid-19 vaccination, o Organize events and social media campaigns o Support the team in preparing the activity places o Prepare procurement requests and follow-up the process o Perform duties for administrative and logistic needs of project o Representing organization when needed professionally o Perform any other tasks related to the program when required

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience): Essential  Bachelor’s degree (preferable to be in a medical department).  Advance level in the Arabic and Turkish language.  Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position

Desirable  Intermediate level in the English language.  Experience working with Persons Living with Disabilities.  Verified experience in humanitarian work and principles.  Verified experience in health activities
