The well-structured 52 weeks program will give young Emirati graduates an introduction to the world or professionalism and explore diverse departments. As part of the program, the graduates will receive an extensive 52 weeks of training, coaching and mentorship. Our program will create a dynamic opportunity for the UAE nationals to accelerate, develop and grow.

Expected Start Date: 1st week of January 2023
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week (Saturday – Sunday is weekend)
Job Responsibility:
Complete all the phases and modules of the Emirati Graduate Program over 52 weeks
Complete all the on-job trainings whist working with the industry experts from departments of Field Installation, Engineering, Sales and Finance.
Deliver the assignments / projects and job shadowing in a timely manner Adhere to Otis policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
Recent graduates with Bachelors’ in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited College / University
Good proficiency in English (Written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
