INTRODUCTION: This position is located in the Washington, DC Commuting Area within the Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization, at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides technical leadership and management supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the Divisions. Performs the administrative and human resource management. Establishes guidelines and performance expectations for staff members.

• Coordinates and directs the accomplishment of all functions comprising the assigned mission of the relevant support division within CPS/OTI which plans and develops USAID conflict prevention and stabilization programs of national scope and impact.
• Determines the need for written policies and procedures, designates subordinates to develop policy and procedural documents, and reviews and approves them upon completion.
