OTC Intern

Your role as an OTC Intern will be centered around supporting a team of 10 in collection activities. Our customers are automotive giants such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, PSA, Volvo, etc. Your task will be to analyze problems customer accounts and report problems or known issues directly to your Team Leader.

Your Role

• Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio (resolve customer financial queries, manage overdue payments through Collections Workflow, receive and resolve discrepancies, month end processing and reporting requirements)
• Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, etc.)
• Escalate and follow up on issues through Collections Workflow
• Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit

Your Background

• Experience in handling OtC activities would be an asset
• Good English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
• University Student. Field of study in one of the following areas would be an asset: finance/economics/accounting
• Analytical skills, focused on details
