- 10+ years experience in leading Change Projects, i.e., People, Process or Technology
- 3+ years experience in change Management for Agile Programs/Projects
- Prosci ePractitioner toolkit user license
- Prosci Certification

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Change Management Lead for their ERP Transformation Program. The project involves one or more large/complex organizational/people, process, or technology projects that will impact employees across the enterprise. You will be focused on organizational change management engagements and ensuring success of the program/projects/initiatives. You will apply a Prosci structured organizational change management methodology and lead change activities with assigned stakeholders. Develop the OCM plan and work with PMO to integrate with master project plan. Track and report project status, risks and issues.
