Order Processing Clerk – Fashion industry

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Enter order data in the computer system and web platforms according to standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to obtain missing information, if required
• Handle the distribution of merchandise by store for clothing chains
• Generate vendor purchase orders
• Prepare inventory picking slips
• Produce data analysis reports
• Perform any reconciliation that may be required
• Work closely with shipping and transportation logistics staff

Additional duties:

• Participate in the yearly stocktaking exercise
• Complete sales charts if needed
• Respond to daily questions in a timely and complete manner

We are looking for an honest and motivated person with the following qualities:

• Organized, meticulous and accurate
• Ability to manage a large volume of information
• Comfortable juggling several projects at the same time (multitasking)

Skills and experience:

• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Solid communication skills
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Comfortable using computer software
• Experience in the import/distribution business
• Experience in the fashion industry (an asset)
• Experience in an SME (an asset)
