What You’ll do :
- Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional/technical services by acting as subject matter expert through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Core HR, Absence Management, Talent and Performance & Goal management, Learning Management and Fusion Payroll modules.
- Enhance and resolve issue in custom modules develop in PaaS using Java and Apex
- Understand business requirements in partnership with HR and wider HR community, and provide recommended solutions and mapping them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications and PaaS setups to meet company requirements and document application set-ups.
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist teams (IT, Oracle, HR & COE) in testing the Oracle HCM solution.
- Prepare scripts, testing scenarios, and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Participate in the ongoing patching, upgrade cycle and testing.
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to Production for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
- Participating in the overall governance structure for the HCM system including suggesting and deploying enhancements.
What You’ll need :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems.
- Around 4 years of experience in IT / HR products.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Implementation experience in two or more of these modules: Core HR, Learning Management System, Global Human Resources, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation, Fusion payroll and Security
- Strong Understanding of systems design and configuration related to Oracle HR.
- Knowledge of Oracle reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE).
- Experience on deployment of custom PaaS product is a plus.
- Prior experience performing business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Deep understanding of Talent management, HRIS, and applicable reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to quickly learn and pick up new technology.
