We’re looking for an intern to work with our Operations Technology and Transformation team! Be a part of the strategic work we do to ensure delivery on initiatives and enhance our advisors’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting an analysis of the account opening and account maintenance experiences available to advisors
• Compiling screenshots and reviews of internal and external platforms
• Reviewing articles and consultant reports
• Evaluating straight-through processing and other operational benefits of platforms
• Summarizing capabilities and trends in PowerPoint presentations
• Presenting results to stakeholders within Operations and across Commonwealth
• Developing business cases for several planned operational enhancements
