We’re looking for an intern to work with our Operations Technology and Transformation team! Be a part of the strategic work we do to ensure delivery on initiatives and enhance our advisors’ experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting an analysis of the account opening and account maintenance experiences available to advisors
- Compiling screenshots and reviews of internal and external platforms
- Reviewing articles and consultant reports
- Evaluating straight-through processing and other operational benefits of platforms
- Summarizing capabilities and trends in PowerPoint presentations
- Presenting results to stakeholders within Operations and across Commonwealth
- Developing business cases for several planned operational enhancements
