  • This is a hybrid position with on-site responsibilities at various City of Hope locations in Southern California**

The Operations Program Manager will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in support of City of Hope’s enterprise support operations. This includes working with on-site vendors at different outpatient locations.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics
  • Coordinate and manage operational activities to improve support services integration, efficiency and analytics associated with City of Hope’s support programs and facilities
  • Routinely report on performance to Enterprise Support Operations
  • Develop and maintain the budget, timeline, and implementation plan
  • Directly lead the management of strategic initiatives and support services integration initiatives from inception to implementation
  • Create and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
  • Two years of experience working in property management, healthcare, or hospital operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent people skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hospital and/or ambulatory operations experience
  • Project management experience
  • Master’s degree
