Operations Officer – Coordinator

Your missions / What you’ll do ?

As an operations officer you will assist department managers on daily basis mostly on aspects related to department activities and processes to ensure more focus on high added value tasks with rigorous follow up, prioritization, and reporting.

You will have to :

Manage operations and process of the team

Manage department calendar and agenda

Help some Team managers with planning of work and follow up

Keep notes of decision and actions

Organize follow up on actions agreed in meetings, and on department or team objectives

Prepare presentations with department manager

Help on monitoring department activities

Gather requirements of reporting needs to follow up on portfolio activity

Build ‘Proof of Concept’ in Excel and follow up on build in Information System with development team

Generate and present regular reports

Your profile / Who you are ?

Master Degree (Business School, University) in management/project or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Proficient written and oral presentation skills

At ease with reporting, numbers and knowledgeable in tooling like Excel

Ability to understand a first level of business vocabulary

High sense of discretion and confidentiality

English and French

Project management knowledge is a plus
