We are looking to fill an Operations Manager for a leading Communications Group.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day running of company operations across all markets
• Day to day management and empowerment of office managers, administrative staff and translations team, including performance management and appraisals
• Ensuring compliance with legal corporate requirements in multiple geographies and jurisdictions
• Management/ coordination of our third-party IT support providers
• Identifying gaps within the current infrastructure and making recommendations to overcome these in conjunction with the COO and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• 7 yrs + experience managing operations in an international company, preferably in the professional services or IT sector
• At least 2-3 years managing a team – experience managing people across different markets and locations is advantageous
• Experience managing multiple operational requirements at the same time, from governance and compliance to IT and supplier management
• Experience overseeing and day to day management of multiple offices in different geographies
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment and the cultural sensitivities that brings
• Extensive knowledge of operational Information Systems (Bamboo HR and Eloomi a bonus)
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or with Saudi Arabian entities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Salary up to DHS 25,000
