About The Role: The Operations Consultant supports the Director of Programs on all aspects of operations within Safe Place Greece to support its mission of serving LGBTQIA+ and other doubly marginalized refugees in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Programs with administrative tasks
- Help maintain and cultivate good relationships with partners and potential donors.
- Assist with community engagement and service provision.
- Utilize platforms adopted by SPI (e.g. Google Suite, Slack)
- Help build a workplace culture that is anti-racist, inclusive, equitable, trauma-informed, and team member-centric.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Programs or Executive Director.
