Sightsavers is looking for an Operations and Planning Coordinator – Inclusive Data – a exciting new role within our expanding Inclusive Data programme to help support our ambitious objectives.

This is a full-time role with some flexibility around hours worked and some home workingAbout the roleInclusive data is critical to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals highlighting those who are marginalised and at risk of being left behind, so that we can act. Since 2014, Sightsavers has been expanding its work to collect, analysis and use inclusive data to drive better decisions, monitor progress and facilitate knowledge and learning. As we move forward, Sightsavers will continue to promote, grow and strengthen knowledge, practice and learning on inclusive data, both internally and externally, in line with our organisational strategic objectives. We are looking for an organised and proactive Coordinator to help us with key processes and systems, projects design through the agreed processes, and supporting delivery of discrete projects and initiatives. Key duties will include: Providing operational and administrative support to the Inclusive Data programme, including coordination of team processes, meetings, workshops, and reporting Coordinating work with the Inclusive Data Senior Stakeholder Group and cross-organisational teams Supporting and coordinating the engagement of key stakeholders at global and country level on project design and implementation processes, to strengthen the collection and use of inclusive data in Sightsavers country work and facilitation of organisational learning. Coordinating the delivery of the inclusive data programme’s work in line with Sightsavers’ thematic strategies and monitoring and reporting mechanisms. Working with the Inclusive Data project manager in the development and dissemination of knowledge and learning resources Providing ad hoc support to the Inclusive Data Charter programme manager and Inclusive Data project manager This is an involved role, please read the full job description About youThis is an ideal opportunity to shape your new role within the team and also scope to develop yourself.
