Job Summary

The Operations & Administrative Support Coordinator (bilingual) manages the provision of responsive, effective, and efficient administrative services and coordinates functions in the operational areas of logistics and administration. The Coordinator promotes and ensures stewardship of resources and a high-quality service approach integrated into administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Roles and Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates administrative, operational, and logistical needs of the team
  • Contributes to the development of and adherence to team/M2 and CRS business processes
  • Supports the Hispanic Engagement and the Partner/Campaigner unit as needed
  • Acts as operations point of contact for the Hispanic Engagement unit and the Partner/Campaigner Engagement unit, liaising with colleagues across the division as necessary
  • Coordinates compliance with agency policies, procedures and other related requirements through periodic systems checks, review and assessment of operations policies and procedures
  • Supports the advancement of the Gateway Community Site to foster engagement with the platform of all volunteers/partners
  • Assists the Strategy and Operations team with logistics/production for large-scale in-person and virtual events if/when additional support needed
  • Supports the Director and Managers within the team, and all team members in strategic planning, coordination, and communications with other teams in the division.
  • Supports all team members with data entry needs, data quality control, reporting and data assessment/learning processes
  • Engages in ongoing learning, staying up to date on internal systems/timelines providing knowledge management, training, and ongoing support to staff as it relates to divisional calendars, Gateway, Teams, MyCRS, Insight, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.
  • Supports the Hispanic Engagement unit and the Partner/Campaign Engagement unit with all logistical needs related to travel/lodging, event coordination and bookings as needed
  • Works collaboratively and in coordination with the other Operations and Administrative Coordinator in the team in supporting the director, managers, and all team members as needed
