Operational Visual Coordinator

• Creating and maintaining a structured plan for visual communication across the site including information boards, photographs, training resources and websites
• Supporting the Training Team with the creation and production of training materials, including filming Standard Operating Procedures, course and induction material and safety related training
• Supporting the Resourcing team and Contingent worker agencies with the creation and production of promotional and advertising materials
• Supporting Partner initiatives across the site with filming or photography, editing and sharing.
• Managing and prioritising multiple projects to a deadline, researching projects, creating a production plan and communicating to all stakeholders
• Tracking the number of views, effectiveness of materials against error and safety reporting (before and after)
