Client & Policy servicing in Operations delivers overall policy maintenance and customer services of Personal & Commercial Insurance, mainly focused on policy issuance, billing, collection, and endorsement.  Our key goals are to expand quality customer experience through leveraging digital enablers as well as to improve service quality and operation efficiency.

You will take a part in designing and providing competitive insurance services to our customers and you will be accountable for optimization the end to end process with cross-functional collaboration.

About the role:
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the endorsement, renewal and refund operations of long-term policies
  • Reflect  regulatory requirements  into  policy operations & monitoring  the quality
  • Set-up and optimize operation processes   in accordance with the regulations revision and new products launch
  • Perform UAT for new & renewal products launching and the regulatory changes
  • Verify premium, refunds including CSV, reserve, maturity/dormant benefits from endorsements, terminations, renewal in  the policy life cycle
  • Analyze the policy persistency rates

What we’re looking for:
Key Capabilities:

  • Business knowledge and operational experience of long term products
  • Fully understanding and interpretation of regulations and policy wordings and apply to daily operations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in OS tool (MS-excel, SQL, ppt)
  • Proficiency in English & Korean, both spoken and written, and excellent presentation skill for senior management

Key Experience:

  • Experienced of personal insurance industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
