Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support regional patient access projects execution including internal application and project milestone tracking.
• Support Patient access tools development for external disease advocacy or internal cross function communications.
• Maintain NVS P and R access databases in timely and quality manner.
• Organize meetings /workshops to facilitate cross region best practice sharing and access capability building.
• Reporting of technical complaints /adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 5 + years of V&A, MED, MKT experience in global pharma company
• Project leading experience
• Proficient in tools and systems related to Hospitals
• Market and customer intelligence
• Patient/client driven with excellent communication skills
