The OpportunityAs Global Mobility Manager IMEA you will manage and oversee the full range of Global Mobility and Security for the IMEA region, including Immigration, Relocation and Crisis Management.This role will have a strong focus of the role lies on owning and managing immigration processes in a region where processes are complex and subject to frequent change, and most employees rely on company sponsorship for employment and travel for project work across the region.Specifically, you���ll be:Advising stakeholders on immigration processes required for employment and international project staffingManaging and leading immigration processes for IMEA as required, together with the local Mobility Team membersActing as a strong business partner, owning overall processes, proactively monitoring changes and managing expectationsUnderstanding the business needs in the region and implement solutions as required, involving external support where required and appropriateSupporting and advising the business for expansion programs into new countries and lead the implementation of new immigration processes as requiredCoordinating relocation processes into / outside IMEA in close collaboration with team members and regional stakeholders.
