Fast pace office environment. Help coordinate internal processes and oversee day to day requirements. Assist one of the executives in the company with their variety of task in operations and sales. Success in this position is a enthusiastic attitude, flexible, likes challenges and can truly multi task. Needs to be extremely organized and able to work independently and to work with others for day to day processes. Position has growth opportunities for the right individual who can take on task and get the job done with a great attitude. Areas of work related needs are customers, customer contracts, vendors, building projects, technical department assistance, many admin support functions. Lots of follow up, tracking and detail work.

Required for position

Minimum 60wpm Keyboard Skills

Command of oral and written communications

Experience of 1 or more years in office environment.

Total use of word and excel

Very analytical

Need to be conceptual in task vs procedural

Must have strong command of Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and other similar tools

Additional Skillsets That Are a Plus

Work on intergraded software systems

Understanding of manufacturing environment

Finance background
