nook coworking is designed to help Dubai’s professionals in the sports, fitness, and wellness industry. We’re looking for a rock star who enjoys working with people in a fast paced environment. Someone who has a meticulous eye for detail and is highly organized and adept at managing workflow through systems and communicating with the team.

• Help us to create a friendly, energising and professional environment, offering a personal service to each member and visitor, ensuring an effective and memorable experience
• Liaise with new and existing partners, instructors, sponsors and agencies
• Facility management; ensuring effective operations, team support and supervision on repairs, maintenance and stock
• Daily opening up/closing procedures independently or with team
• Assist with events: scheduling, booking, team organizing, permissions, other relevant planning from concept to delivery, assist with the setup/catering/specific demands of the customer, cross marketing
• Support government and local authority administrative requirements and processes and applications
• Take on general administrative tasks including accurate note taking, market research and managing company filing systems eg. Google Drive
• Give tours to clients visiting the office for the first time using nook sales guidelines
• Manage the planning, coordination and delivery of community projects or assist in larger projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to agreed specification
• Support other team members during busy periods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

About Duplays

Duplays was founded on a simple observation. People move to a new city and find it difficult to connect with others to play the sports they left behind but still love to play. We wanted to change that, so we started Duplays (yes a play on words for “Dubai plays”), as an online platform that would connect sports enthusiasts with sport leagues that we’d organize across the Emirate. We found the venues, hired the referees, and created teams and schedules. We did this at scale, across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, each night, every night to become the UAE’s largest provider of adult, participatory sport.Our mission today is no different.
