What we would ask you to take part in:
- Provide office support services;
- Greet and assist visitors and employees when they arrive at the office;
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts;
- Maintaining a clean and organized office appearance;
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders;
- Сorporate event execution support;
- Visa and traveling support;
- Maintain a secure office environment;
- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
Qualifications
What would make you successful in this job:
- Experience as Office Coordinator or in a similar role at least 6 months;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details;
- Ability to accurately fulfill the direct management orders and work tasks;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
