Sened

Based in Şanlıurfa, the “Office Clerk” is under the line management of the admin department He/She will be responsible for:
Administrative, procurement and logistic needs of project, drive project car, assist the team in the activities and assure that all the team requirements are ready.

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties

  • Arrange the project offices and the meeting rooms
  • Support the team in preparing the activity places
  • follow-up procurement requests and the process
  • Perform duties for administrative and logistic needs of project
  • Support the transportation of staff and beneficiaries via driving project car
  • Making logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences, and other related project activities
  • Perform any other tasks related to the program when required

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):

Essential

 Minimum high school diploma
 Fluent in Arabic and Turkish language
 Minimum 1-year professional experience in a similar position
 Valid driving licence (minimum B)
 Turkish citizenship

Desirable
 Intermediate level in the English languages
 Experience working with Persons Living with Disabilities
 Experience in humanitarian work and principles
