About the role
This position is mainly responsible for the office premises, cleaning office, provide logistic support and doing small jobs in and around office
Principal Accountabilities
- Make photocopies when needed
- Attend phone calls when need
- Ensure safety measure such as fire extinguisher is properly maintained and used in fire emergency
- Ensure all electric equipment are turned off before closing doors
- Ensure tidiness, and security of plants gardening
- Close all room doors and floor entrances at the end of working hour
- Look after plants in office premises
- Ensure unauthorized person’s entrance is prohibited
- Maintain office entry keys and ensure safely
- Ensure clean teacups, plates, glass, and kitchen utensils
- Keep the office and surrounding area clean every day and when necessary
- Clean toilets every day and when needed
- Clean office rooms, corridor, furniture, and other equipment daily and as instructed by the supervisor
- Hand-carry urgent mails to other offices in and out of Dhaka City
- Supply office stationery and consumable to staff members as and when requested
- Pay utility and other small bills
- Provide logistic support for meeting / workshop/trainings

About you
Essential:
- Previous experience of working in an INGONGO
- Excellent oral communication skill in Bangla & English
- Previous experience of working as an Office Attendant
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team
- Skill to prioritising works
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to priories the issues & work
