Office Assistant

We are looking for a service-minded and outgoing addition to our team at our facilities in Hørsholm.  

As our Office Assistant, you will take ownership of everyday tasks providing outstanding support to your colleagues, and a company in growth.  

Your role

Your main responsibility is to assist in providing a great place to work for all Evaxion employees.  

As support to our Facility Manager your work will consist of many varying tasks, and you must be motivated by an independent role while being mindful of the team effort. 

The role as Office Assistant is versatile but your multitasking and open minded nature makes it easy for you to juggle a variety of assignments from all parts of the organization. 

The responsibilities 

• Overall, be part of developing and implementing solutions to keep making Evaxion a good place to work with a working environment that feels like home 
• Facility support and go-to person for office related questions and tasks
• Welcome guests 
• Collaboration with external stakeholders e.g. cleaning company
• Office maintenance: order groceries and office supplies, to keep the fridge and cabinets well-equipped
• Keep meeting rooms, lounge, kitchen and other office space tidy and ready for use
• Responsible for parcel/delivery services
• Assist with maintaining important documents
• Ad. hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time, including preparing social activities, running errands and book flights and hotels   
• Interest in communication and media is a plus, as tasks such as taking pictures and videos, designing and preparing posts for social media can occur

• Good communication skills – including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English and Danish

Experience

• You are a high school graduate or a student of a higher education who is looking to have 1-2 gaps years 
• No specific field of experience is required but we prefer that you have some work experience
