Key Responsibilities

You will be managing our out of gauge and break bulk cargo booked by customers handled by our Ocean department, meaning, that you will get the opportunity to specialize your skills. As an Ocean Customer Experience Partner your responsibility is to ensure your customers receive the best customer services possible. Processes booking requests, and handles customer related inquiries concerning all of the movement of their cargo. You will also be an important stakeholder to our Service Center meaning, that you should connect all the ends in the process customer requested for.

Main tasks

  • Delivering the best in class customer experience, based on solid understanding of the logistics and customers needs.
  • Monitor the status of your customer’s potential issues and be fully responsible for customer satisfaction. Engage in service meetings, build on your initiative, and follow-up with customers regularly and in various ways to identify improvement opportunities
  • Actively participate in coordinating the daily and international operational efforts within Customer Experience teams.
  • Actively coordinate with other involved internal teams to be able to execute our service, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Help both team and product to develop and grow even more.

Who we are looking for?

  • Experienced in shipping and/or forwarding.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with others.
  • Open-minded and creative attitude with willingness
  • Being a team player and takes initiatives
  • Strong in decision making
  • Customer centric, move yourself in the customer’s position and define improvements within company goals.
  • Possess good IT skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
