Tasks

• Performing rehabilitation therapies and assessments in geriatric patients (inpatient geriatric rehabilitation, geriatric acute rehabilitation and clinical neurorehabilitation)
• Performing long-term neurological therapies
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, speech therapists,activation therapists, nurses, social workers and other professionals.

Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy;
• Interest in the rehabilitation of geriatric and neurological patients
• As an occupational therapy specialist, you are responsible for the developments maintaining professional competence in occupational therapists, as well as for the efficient and results-oriented management of work resources;
• Someone with team spirit, commitment, organisational skills as well as critique and feedback skills;
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration;
• A reasonably good oral and written knowledge of German or willing to obtain this (we offer a course opportunity). Some knowledge of French is of advantage
• Willing to work in Switzerland for at least 1 year.
