Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an Administrator to join us. In this role you will be the key link between the service provider, the business and the end user. The Occupational Health service is imperative for absence management, preplacement fit for work and health surveillance for all the employee-based services and ensures compliance with legislation and safe healthy working. You will be managing all appointments and communication between Kier management, client/employee and clinical practitioner, ensuring the service is delivered efficiently and effectively. In addition you will be providing outcome reports to Management, HR and the employee.

What are we looking for?

You will need to have good MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with knowledge and understanding of statistical spread sheets. You must have the ability to work on own initiative with accuracy and consistency.
