Job Summary

The Nuclear Security Procedure Writer Specialist will design the operational security procedure manual for the client’s Barakah sector operations related to the Nuclear Security Program. The Specialist assists with training of the site’s personnel in order to ensure full knowledge transfer of the operating procedures.

Essential Functions

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
• Develop and institutionalize the codes of conduct and operational methods.
• Responsible for the overall management of the security policy and process documentation related to the site’s Nuclear Security Program.
• Provide mentoring to the client’s personnel for methodologies for security procedure writing and processes.
• Act as a resource on methodology of producing security procedure manuals and processes.
• Develop and maintain policy and process documents which include creating a document review schedule for documents related to Barakah site Nuclear program.
• Partner with the project management team to develop new policy and process documentation utilizing existing process templates.
• Work on special projects, as needed.
• Perform all duties in accordance with established requirements for nuclear security and safety.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, And Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in English or Human Resources Management with at least five years of security procedure writing experience within a large multi-site organization.

• Corporate operational procedure writing within a large multi-site organization.
• Security procedure writing professional with substantial experience in nuclear security.
• Comprehensive design of operational procedure manuals experience for complex security operations within a very high security setting.
• In-depth knowledge of operating security procedures within nuclear industry, preferred.
