Training Start Dates: September 12th, 19th and 26th.
What We OfferCompetitive Hourly wage of 18.00$ after training, (includes a premium of $3.00);
Premiums for bilingualism (when applicable) and weekend hours;
Fully-paid training and coaching program;
Availability to work full-time during the following hours –
Monday to Friday 7:00AM till 11:00PM EST;
Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM till 9:00PM EST;
Complete benefits plan after six (6) months of service, including:
Comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, and life insurance);
A wide range of social benefits after six months of service.
This position offer the option to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
Eligibility criteria :
Must reside within the hiring location;
Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities
What your day will look like
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers’ various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. This is a non-sales position that focuses solely on customer service. Add to this the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home – what could be better?
Qualifications
Bilingual or English;
Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others – customer service and solving problems are your strengths!
Be available full-time during the training period;
Must be able to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.
