Remuneration: £6,124 per annum

One Manchester has an exciting future, and our new Non-Executive Director will help the Board to achieve our future ambitions. We believe our responsibilities go much further than being a landlord and are sighted on issues that go beyond housing and are specific to our diverse communities. We

play an active role in place-making, community development and supporting people to find work. With an income of circa £60m and growth plans to build over 2000 new homes by 2026, we are committed to making a difference for our customers and communities.

We are now looking for a strategic professional with significant leadership experience in one or more of:

• Helping organisations meet net zero carbon targets.
• Strategic asset management.
• Expertise in housing management and customer services.

Alongside your social housing sector knowledge, our new Non-Executive Director will embrace our values of being Ambitious, Connected and Trustworthy. Either an established or aspirant non-executive, you’ll bring valuable insight into communities such as the ones we serve in Manchester, inspiring us and our stakeholders to deliver on the many opportunities available to us over the coming years.
