Knowledge & Experience Essential criteria Proven leadership experience and specialist knowledge in EPRREvidence of implementing an effective emergency planning and resilience systemExtensive knowledge of EPRR with detailed knowledge across lead areas for example Cyber, Evacuation, CBRNEvidence of continuing professional developmentMust have an understanding of the background to and aims of current Civil Contingencies Act and NHS guidanceShould have an appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health & Social Care, individual provider and commissioning organisationsDemonstrable experience of Business Continuity arrangements Communication skills Essential criteria Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious informationCompetent to deliver presentations to large mixed audiencesNegotiate on difficult and very complex and detailed issues.
