Position Summary

As a Global Brand Communication Manager Starbucks, you will be leading the strategic Brand Communication in support of centrally managed Starbucks At-Home business, including setting strategy & priorities. You will orchestrate development & deployment of all consumer/shopper communications, managing central operating model/agencies/team to ensure efficient & effective support for markets and guiding on promotional strategies/priorities.

A Day in the Life of a Global Brand Communication Manager Starbucks
Support the delivery of the Starbucks At-Home Global Business Strategy via Compelling
Communications and owning the annual Integrated Commercial Plan to operationalize Innovation&Renovation and drive annual priorities across Marketing Clusters
Ensure all brand communication contributes to enhancing/amplifying the Starbucks brand image and strengthening the funnel for the Starbucks At-Home businesses/denominators globally
Full responsibility for the development of brand architecture and brand communication framework in line with BBNW (Brand Building the Nestlé Way), including responsibility for the developing ALL content globally across all content typologies while ensuring outstanding creative work 100 % aligned with Nestlé communication principles
Own & oversee the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies in order to create engaging, business building communication
Own & oversee the operational aspects of a centrally managed communication business, including partnering w/the central marketing function to regularly evaluate current partner network as well as to extend the operating model to address new capabilities to deliver the Global Business Strategy as necessary
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control colleagues across coffee to ensure the “voice of the consumer” is known & leveraged across the team to ensure we are fully considering feedback shared across the business, from Innovation&Renovation to Communication

What Will Make You Successful
University graduate or equivalent
At least 10 years’ experience in consumer marketing at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG or 10+ years advertising agency experience in account management, strategic planning, and / or executive management function
Previous experience & ability in working in cross-functional teams
Ability & credibility to deal with others at middle & senior management level in the organization
Coffee category knowledge or passion for the coffee product
Flexibility & openness to change
Good communication & presentation skills
Fluent in English
