We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join us as a Neighbourhood Assistant working across Teesside, Durham and Sunderland.

You will be the ‘face’ of Home Group within our estates and communities, covering a dedicated patch. You’ll be organised and an effective communicator, able to prioritise your workload to ensure Home Group always maintains its service to our customers.

As Neighbourhood Assistant, you will have an effective and supportive relationship with our customers and the wider Housing Management team and be solution focussed.

• Ability to deal with demanding and occasionally difficult customer.
• Have the confidence to try something new/give it a go.
• Act on your ideas and make things happen.
• Great listening skills
• Be organised and have good time management skills.

About The Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join Micky, John and Dave as part of our already amazing Neighbourhood Assistant service. Working across Teesside, Durham and Sunderland, the team work incredibly hard to provide our customers with clean and safe estates that they are proud to call home. The team are not only responsible for the cleaning and maintaining of our communal areas across the region, but they also work collaboratively with housing and maintenance colleagues to identify and report issues on our estates.

Job Details

• Working Across Teesside, Durham and Sunderland
• Shift pattern working Monday to Friday from 08:30am until 16:30pm.
