Native Iraqi Arabic Project Transcriber (fluent English and native Arabic)

We are looking for native Iraqi Arabic transcribers with fluent English language to transcribe Iraqi Arabic audio files into Iraqi Arabic text. You will listen to short audios and type down what is heard. This is online job and working time is flexible.

The goal of the project is to transcribe large amounts of Arabic (Iraqi) audio files into the text in the same language. Tools, training and guidelines will be provided. Good level of English is absolute must to be able to read the guidelines and to work with the software.

Requirements:

• Language: native Arabic (Iraqi) speaker is a must.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Good reading and comprehending skills. Very good attention to details.
• Project duration: February 21, 2022 – June 30, 2022.
• Availability/Engagement: minimum 20 hours per week.
• Working hours: you can work any time of the day/night/weekend.
• Availability of computer/laptop, headphones and stable internet connection
• Experience in language related assignments (transcription, translation, interpreting etc).
• Location: anywhere, this is a remote position.
• Ability to accept payments using: Zain Cash, Bank account, PayPal or Cryptocurrency.

What we offer:

• Flexible working hours (day, night, weekends) 20 to 40/50 hours a week.
• Transparent productivity based payment with biweekly reports showing number of audio files transcribed per hour.
• Payment every 5 weeks.
