Relevant university degree
General working experience on development cooperation in the areas of community infrastructure, community development, livelihoods, food security, nutrition, health, education, cash assistance, training, employment, among others.
Professional experience working in the area of conflict/fragile countries / Arabic (oral, written)
Assets : professional experience working on EU procedures, especially on formulation/identification of actions and experience working in Yemen
Conditions : 60 working days over a year
Possibility of one week mission in Yemen.
Normal place of posting of the specific assignment: Home-based
