National Coordinator

The World Spirit of the Game Foundation is an international NGO which was formed to help individuals and organizations take Personal Accountability for their Impact on the world.

We are a global coalition of NGOs, entrepreneurs, coaches/consultants, university groups, and average citizens all working for a more equal society, a more sustainable way of doing business, and overall to create a “new definition of winning” across all areas of society.

The Impactful Business Network is the world’s first business networking club exclusively for owners/CEOs who want to use their company to have a positive impact on the world.

Estimated time commitment we are looking for is 5-10 hours per week for the main coordinators, and this is a volunteer position to start, but you can start getting paid a healthy percentage of the annual membership fee for members who renew after their initial 6 month trial period.

So you don’t get paid for recruiting members, but you do get paid if you make it worth their while to stick around.

Core duties include:

Organizing meetings, both formal/business meetings and social/fun meetings, in-person and online.

Recruiting members

Matchmaking new members with existing members, both nationally and internationally

Attending the weekly or bi-weekly global/regional calls with other National Coordinators

Ideal candidates will also:

Help recruit National Coordinators in neighboring countries or elsewhere in the world

Work with local NGOs to help them take advantage of our generous referral plan for NGOs which refer business members to join.

Help coordinate the free coaching elements which every member receives

Potentially recruiting new local coaches to help deliver these offerings.

This position will contain strong elements of Networking & Coalition Building, as well as community management. If you don’t already have a strong business network (of potential members who care about more than just profits), then this particular role in our organization might not be the best fit for you, but we have many other opportunities either as a volunteer, or volunteer to start.
