About the National Automobile Dealers Association
NADA represents franchised new-car and commercial truck dealers to the U.S. government and Congress, auto and truck manufacturers, the media and the public. To ensure the continued strength and health of the retail auto industry, NADA develops research data, provides education and consulting services for dealers and hosts the annual NADA Show, the largest event in the auto industry.
Summary:
Support 20 Group program by designing, developing, and testing the financial composite and generating other financial reports, information, and presentations.
Essential Functions:
Engage, interact, and communicate across all Dealership Operations departments and respective leadership.
Assist Financial Composite manager with the design, development, and enhancement of 20 Group financial composite by working with programmers, consultants, and dealers.
Ensure the accuracy of 20 Group Composite and other reports by testing calculations using members’ statements and supplemental input sheets
Train consultants, dealers, and dealership staff to use all aspects of the online composite. Provide customer service support.
Create and send instructional welcome emails to all new members offering training and support.
Serve a back-up to systems manager in retrieval of data files from manufacturers and post to FTP site.
Maintain good relations with manufacturer contacts to foster timely communications regarding financial statement changes and procedures in obtaining data.
Produce monthly Array of Profits reports and graphs. Distribute to NADA consultants and other NADA staff.
Serve as back-up to composite manager to create consolidated Super Group financial statements.
Assist Financial Composite manager to map Canadian members’ financial statements to US form for monthly processing.
Assist in the creation of new mapping programs at new year and for new members.
Assist composite manager to create Used Vehicle Studies and other reports to use in 20 Group meetings and Academy classes
Complete personal development requirements as noted in Employee Goals and Evaluation.
Promote brand awareness and support all Dealership Operations products and services.

Qualifications: Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in accounting, Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Three to five years of experience working with financial statements and retail automotive experience is highly desirable. Must have strong aptitude for accounting and mathematics. Excellent communications skills and a customer service attitude required. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access.

SALARY INFORMATION FOR COLORADO RESIDENTS ONLY: $80,000-85,000
