Mortgage Support Assistant

• Aston Carter is currently searching for qualified candidates looking to start a career in the Mortgage industry!*
• Hiring for Mortgage Support Assistant’s with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area. This position will eventually transition into becoming a Loan Officer.* *(This is not a remote position and requires that all candidates be located in the Pensacola area)*
• Hours:
• Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay: $15/hour*
• Job Responsibilities:
• To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications.
• Qualifications: *
• Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of recent restaurant/ retail/ customer service/ office related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and production driven environment
• Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Strong Computer Skills Adaptability Customer Service Oriented Team Player Self Motivated
