- Job Description:* Daily outbound calling to leads generated through a third party residential lending lead service and other referral sources. Provide fantastic customer service to clients and referral sources. Consistently exceed borrower expectations and Banker expectations. Always giving “Wow” service
- Learn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from successful Mortgage Bankers and SVPs
- Support top producing Mortgage Banker(s) with lead conversion and follow up
- Daily outbound calling to leads generated through a third party residential lending lead service and other referral sources
- Learning and utilizing our loan origination system
- Learning our CRM and managing mortgage banker leads
- Consistently exceed borrower expectations and Banker expectations. Always giving “Wow” service
- Attend sales meeting and regional awards banquets
- Participate in sales contests *Pay:* $36,000 base + commission
Average of 65k-75k+ in first year! *Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree or 2 years of inside sales or military experience
- 1 + years of experience in sales or retail, hospitality, and food & beverage industries a plus
