Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with first and second mortgage residential real estate lending.
- Work ethic and professional conduct that is consistent with the credit union’s core values and delivery of the value proposition.
- Excellent collaborative skills to work cross functionally with various departments/branches and operational areas.
- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in real estate lending.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong listening and needs based sales skills.
