Monitoring & Evaluation Director for Social and Behaviour Change

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Director Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for Social and Behaviour Change to join our team in Maputo, Mozambique.

The Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning will be in charge of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning components of this cooperative agreement. The role involves designing and implementation of a robust Monitoring and Evaluation function for the 5-year program.

The successful candidate will have:

Master’s degree or higher in public health, program evaluation, statistics, social sciences, or other relevant discipline;
A minimum of five years working in monitoring, evaluation, and research in the public health field, with progressively increasing level of responsibility;
Demonstrated ability to: (1) conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis using appropriate analytical methods; (2) design and implement quantitative and qualitative rapid appraisals, etc.; and (3) facilitate knowledge management and dissemination of research findings.
