This is an exciting position playing a key role to deepen our understanding of the impact of our work. Working closely with overseas and global teams, the MEAL Adviser will be responsible for further developing and embedding the organisational and underlying MEAL frameworks. They will lead on the development of mission focussed animal welfare and other tools to ensure a systematic understanding of our impact.
Skills and Experience required
We are looking for people with experience of setting up monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks in other INGOs. In order to excel in this post as well as technical skills in MEAL you will have great facilitation, and communication skills and the ability to work with data and insight.
